The Canyons (Resort)
Summer At The Canyons
The active adventurer will love The Canyons in the summer. Forests of pine and aspen surround the mid-mountain- Red Pine area where most of the hikes and rides depart. There's hiking, mountain biking, gondola rides and even hot air balloon rides all offering incredible views of mountain peaks and wildlife.
Ride the "Flight of the Canyons" gondola to 8,000 feet where you can begin numerous summertime activities. Bring your hiking boots or your mountain bike
and experience panoramic views overlooking Park City and the Uinta mountain range. At Canyon Mountain Sports you can rent or buy everything you need for your outdoor adventures.
A favorite for many are the Saturday outdoor concerts in the Resort Village. Sit outside in the cool summer air, surrounded by beautiful mountains and listen to live bands. There's always plenty of good and drink along with friends to add to the fun.
Each week visit the Farmers Market where you can purchase fresh local fruits and vegetables as well as baked goods. Also, local artisans display their arts and crafts.
